1 تعريف الخدماتService Definitions

تشمل خدماتنا على سبيل المثال لا الحصر:Our services include, but are not limited to:

• استشارات السفر والسياحةTravel and tourism consultancy
• حجز تذاكر الطيران الدولية والمحليةInternational and domestic flight booking
• حجز الفنادق والشقق الفندقيةHotel and serviced apartment reservations
• تنظيم الجولات السياحية والأنشطة الترفيهيةOrganising tours and recreational activities
• استخراج التأشيرات السياحية والسفرTourist and travel visa processing
• استخراج الرخصة الدولية للقيادةInternational driving licence issuance
• تقديم المشورة في تخطيط الرحلاتTrip planning advice and guidance

2 الحجز والدفعBooking & Payment

2.1 إجراءات الحجز:2.1 Booking Procedures:

• جميع الحجوزات تتطلب تقديم معلومات شخصية صحيحة وكاملةAll bookings require accurate and complete personal information
• يتم تأكيد الحجز فقط بعد استلام الدفعة المطلوبةBookings are confirmed only upon receipt of the required payment
• نحتفظ بالحق في رفض أي حجز دون إبداء الأسبابWe reserve the right to decline any booking without stating reasons

2.2 الدفع:2.2 Payment:

• نقبل الدفع عبر التحويل البنكي، البطاقات الائتمانية، أو الدفع النقديWe accept bank transfers, credit cards, and cash payments
• الأسعار المعلنة قابلة للتغيير دون إشعار مسبقAdvertised prices are subject to change without prior notice
• قد تطبق رسوم إضافية على بعض طرق الدفعAdditional fees may apply to certain payment methods

3 الإلغاء والاستردادCancellation & Refunds

3.1 سياسة الإلغاء:3.1 Cancellation Policy:

• تختلف سياسات الإلغاء حسب نوع الخدمة ومقدم الخدمةCancellation policies vary depending on the service type and provider
• يجب تقديم طلب الإلغاء كتابياً عبر البريد الإلكترونيCancellation requests must be submitted in writing via email
• قد تطبق رسوم إلغاء وفقاً لسياسة مقدم الخدمةCancellation fees may apply according to the service provider's policy

3.2 استرداد الأموال:3.2 Refunds:

• يتم معالجة طلبات الاسترداد خلال 14-21 يوم عملRefund requests are processed within 14–21 business days
• رسوم الخدمة الإدارية غير قابلة للاستردادAdministrative service fees are non-refundable
• الاسترداد يتم بنفس طريقة الدفع الأصليةRefunds are issued via the original payment method

4 مسؤوليات العميلClient Responsibilities

• التأكد من صحة جميع المعلومات المقدمةEnsure all provided information is accurate
• حمل وثائق السفر الصحيحة (جواز سفر ساري، تأشيرات، إلخ)Carry valid travel documents (passport, visas, etc.)
• الوصول في الوقت المحدد لجميع الحجوزاتArrive on time for all reservations
• الالتزام بقوانين وأنظمة الدولة المقصودةComply with the laws and regulations of the destination country
• التأكد من صلاحية التأمين الصحي عند السفرEnsure valid health insurance when travelling

5 حدود المسؤوليةLimitation of Liability

نحن نعمل كوسيط بينك وبين مقدمي الخدمات (شركات الطيران، الفنادق، إلخ). وبالتالي:We act as an intermediary between you and service providers (airlines, hotels, etc.). Therefore:

• لا نتحمل مسؤولية أي تأخيرات أو إلغاءات من قبل مقدمي الخدمةWe are not liable for any delays or cancellations by service providers
• لا نتحمل مسؤولية فقدان الأمتعة أو الممتلكات الشخصيةWe are not liable for lost luggage or personal belongings
• لا نتحمل مسؤولية رفض التأشيرة من قبل السفاراتWe are not liable for visa rejections by embassies
• لا نتحمل مسؤولية أي حوادث أو إصابات أثناء الرحلةWe are not liable for any accidents or injuries during the trip

6 حماية البيانات والخصوصيةData Protection & Privacy

نحن ملتزمون بحماية خصوصيتك:We are committed to protecting your privacy:

• نجمع المعلومات الشخصية فقط لإتمام الحجوزاتWe collect personal information solely to complete bookings
• لا نشارك بياناتك مع أطراف ثالثة إلا لإتمام الخدمةWe do not share your data with third parties except to fulfil the service
• نحمي بياناتك باستخدام تقنيات التشفير الحديثةWe protect your data using modern encryption technologies
• يمكنك طلب حذف بياناتك في أي وقتYou may request deletion of your data at any time

7 التأشيرات والوثائقVisas & Documentation

• نقدم المساعدة في استخراج التأشيرات ولكننا لا نضمن الحصول عليهاWe assist with visa processing but do not guarantee approval
• رسوم التأشيرات غير قابلة للاسترداد في حالة الرفضVisa fees are non-refundable in the event of rejection
• العميل مسؤول عن تقديم جميع الوثائق المطلوبة بشكل صحيحThe client is responsible for submitting all required documents correctly
• يجب التأكد من صلاحية جواز السفر لمدة 6 أشهر على الأقلPassports must be valid for at least 6 months

8 القوة القاهرةForce Majeure

لا نتحمل المسؤولية عن أي فشل في تنفيذ التزاماتنا بسبب:We shall not be held liable for failure to fulfil our obligations due to:

• الكوارث الطبيعية (زلازل، فيضانات، أعاصير)Natural disasters (earthquakes, floods, hurricanes)
• الحروب والإضرابات والاضطرابات المدنيةWars, strikes, and civil unrest
• الأوبئة والجوائح الصحيةEpidemics and pandemics
• قرارات حكومية أو تغييرات في القوانينGovernment decisions or changes in legislation
• أي ظروف خارجة عن سيطرتنا المعقولةAny circumstances beyond our reasonable control

9 الشكاوى والنزاعاتComplaints & Disputes

في حالة وجود أي شكوى:In the event of a complaint:

• يجب تقديم الشكوى كتابياً خلال 7 أيام من حدوث المشكلةComplaints must be submitted in writing within 7 days of the issue
• سنعمل على حل الشكوى خلال 14 يوم عملWe will endeavour to resolve the complaint within 14 business days
• في حالة عدم الوصول لحل، يمكن اللجوء للتحكيمIf no resolution is reached, arbitration may be pursued
• تخضع جميع النزاعات للأنظمة المعمول بهاAll disputes are subject to applicable laws and regulations

10 التعديلات على الشروطAmendments to Terms

نحتفظ بالحق في تعديل هذه الشروط والأحكام في أي وقت. التعديلات تصبح سارية فور نشرها على موقعنا. استمرارك في استخدام خدماتنا بعد التعديلات يعني موافقتك عليها.We reserve the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time. Amendments take effect immediately upon publication on our website. Your continued use of our services after such amendments constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
